Peter and Paul’s Mission are Christian campaigners. Through your membership of Peter & Paul’s Mission your Christian voice can be heard and counted. By yourself, you can change nothing, but when you combine your voice to the fifteen million Christians in Australia, you can make a real difference.

Peter & Paul’s Mission was founded through a vision that God gave to its founding Presidents, Paul and Ann-Maree Gallagher. The vision was to unite the Christian voice and empower all Christians to take part in the Great Commission. The vision demanded that the Mission not be reliant on Government funding. The vision entailed the building of a business wing to finance Christians taking part in the Great Commission.  The major founding sponsor for Peter & Paul’s Mission was the two presidents own business, Peter & Paul’s Carpet Cleaning & Pest Control. It was this company that incubated the Mission and cared for it, allowing it to grow into what it is today.

The two presidents were joined by Rev Gary McGinty and Rev Kofi Boetang  and over a period of two and a half years, these four members, met regularly to plant the mission. Peter & Paul’s Mission acknowledge the effort and time given in planting and caring for this mission. Read on and discover that we are much more than a rescue mission.

In Matthew 4:19, Jesus commences his ministry for God to mankind with the opening sentence “Follow Me and I will make you fishers of men” [Matthew 4:19].

The Peter & Pauls Mission believe that it is important to stay “on message” and we take our guidance from the Lord. Jesus finished his ministry at Mathew 28:18 with the Great Commission. “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and the Holy Spirit.  Jesus stayed “on message “throughout his ministry, telling his disciples to go and fish.

Not everyone is an evangelist, not everyone is born to knock on doors and preach when people open their front door. However, this does not mean that you can’t take part in the Great Commission, it is a commandment from our Lord. So everybody must be able to serve somewhere in the Great Commission.

Where can you serve?

Peter & Pauls Mission is a great place for you to serve in the Great Commission, by joining the Peter & Pauls Mission you can take part in the largest fishing net ever manufactured. With fifteen million one hundred and eighty thousand Christians in our country of twenty-two million, we are casting a fishing net over our whole nation. Join the Ambassador's Leaflet Campaign

That’s right just by joining the mission and delivering fifty leaflets around where you live, you are playing a crucial part of Peter & Pauls Mission. You are one of many fine threads that make up our grand fishing net, that we are casting, to cover our whole nation.  Become a fisher of men today.

You can even get involved in your Sector and help design the leaflets.  Start a Campaign

In Cairns alone fifteen thousand Christians attend church every week, if just six percent of these worshipper's sign up to the fishnet campaign, (900 Christians)  we can deliver a leaflet to every house and unit in Cairns every week.

When you join Peter & Pauls Mission, the “media committee” will call you if we don’t have anyone in the area where you live to deliver those fifty leaflets. It takes just twenty minutes; however, it plays such an important part in the fishing- net campaign. Congratulations you are active in the Great Commission and obeying our Lords commandment. Join a Sector

If you wish, you may also contribute to any local or national campaign being promoted by the Mission, if ten thousand members donated a dollar each to keep a campaign running that buys a lot of media time [$10,000.00] for a tiny investment [$1].

Peter and Paul’s missionaries work with the Christian business economy to help business brothers and sisters fulfil their duties of the Great Commission to the Lord, and at the same time bring Christian businesses together for networking events and functions.

The Peter and Paul’s Mission brings the Christian consumer together with the Christian business operator and encourages trade within the Christian community.

The mission’s strategy is to introduce thousands of loyal new consumers to the Christian business person. Christian businesses in return pay a weekly fee for the constant stream of new and loyal customers to their businesses. The Christian Phone Book is the product that brings Christian business people together with Christian consumers.

Whilst the Christian Phone Book is  a powerful tool to drive customers to your business, it is also a way of giving back to your local and regional communities.  Peter and Paul’s Mission (founder of the Christian Phonebook) is a not-for-profit organisation which will work with partner churches to distribute the profits from the Christian Phonebook to identified charitable organisations in the catchment region.  Having a listing in the Christian Phonebook will make a difference for you and your community.

The benefit of securing your business listing at the top of your category

The Christian Phonebook works on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, meaning that businesses which list now will secure their position towards the top of their category, just like being on the first page of Google!

The profit Peter and Paul’s Mission makes goes towards GOOD WORKS in the community.

The Peter and Paul’s Mission is a blessing for:

The Christian businesses = THOUSANDS OF NEW AND LOYAL CLIENTS

The Christian consumer = MORE LIKELY TO GET AN HONEST JOB DONE

Christian Churches = NEW BELIEVERS BEING SENT TO THEIR CHURCH REGULARY

Christian Missions = RECEIVING FUNDING

Our Part in the Great Commission = MILLIONS OF DOLLARS RAISED THROUGH HUNDREDS OF BUSINESSES ADVERTISING IN OUR DIRECTORY EVERY WEEK TO PROMOTE THE CHRISTIAN MESSAGE TO THE CITY OF CAIRNS AND BEYOND TO ALL CITIES AND NATIONS.

Annual Reports will be posted here after our Annual Meeting.

There are thousands of active practicing Christians in your community and the Lord has a personal relationship with each one of these Christians. God in His wisdom has placed His children under authority inside churches. Peter and Paul's Mission believe that Christians should seek confirmation that they are hearing God correctly, your home church is the best place to seek this type of confirmation.

Imagine fifteen thousand dedicated Christians all stampeding into the Great Commission without authority or organisation behind them. Chaos will surely follow, Satan and his agents will run rampant through local missions. Peter and Paul's Mission provide the organisation and your home church provides the authority.  For this reason their are strict rules in taking part in campaigns or crusades within the mission, we call it the membership agreement. But everything should be done in a fitting and orderly way, [1cor14:40 NIV].
